Real estate is an awesome investment. It is adaptable to our goals Real estate is an awesome investment. It is adaptable to our goals, and our pool of resources. The benefits of owning rental properties are as vast as our goals and desires. Don’t let analysis paralysis or the fear of failure stop us from getting started.

Must Read before Investing… Great for both would-be landlords and landlords with a handful of units. If you’re starting out, you should be reading everything you can get your hands on as each book will have gaps in its coverage that another book will start to fill in. This book fills in a lot of gaps that many other books don’t address such as sources (other than MLS) for rentals, negotiation tips, and how important school districts and nearby amenities are to rental properties.
